All claims must be submitted directly via firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not return your Clandestino product to the store. Dealers are not authorized to provide warranty service on Clandestino Eyewear products.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY (examples):
- Normal wear and tear (scratches or pit marks on sun lenses )
- Any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of product
- Damage caused by chemicals (hair spray, cologne, window cleaner, alcohol, etc.)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Loss of eyewear
- Installation of non-Clandestino Veneto lenses
(ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS ARE SUBJECT TO A CASE BY CASE EVALUATION)
The following forms of Proof of Purchase are acceptable for purchases that were made at one of our authorized retailers:
- Your clandestinoveneto.com order number.
- Picture or scan of the physical receipt with a visible date of purchase and retailer name.
